Efforts to encourage the development of Islamic banking, the Indonesian Muslim community is currently waiting for a sound and reliable sharia banking system to accommodate their needs for banking services that comply with sharia principles. The development of Islamic banking is also shown to increase the mobilization of public funds which so far have not been served by the conventional banking system. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of CAR, FDR, NPF on ROA in Islamic Business Units in Indonesia. The data used is secondary, in the form of Financial reports of 15 Sharia Business Units in Indonesia for 2017-2020. The data analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis using the Fixed Effect Model. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the three variables, namely the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to deposit Ratio and Non-Performing Financing, have an influence on the Return on Assets of Islamic Business Units in Indonesia.
