This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on the job satisfaction of PT. Bintang Selatan Agung Palembang. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are employees at PT. Bintang Selatan Agung. The sample in this study amounted to 65 people. The sampling method used in this study used a simple random sampling. Data were collected with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of the PT. Bintang Selatan Agung Palembang, meaning that the higher the financial compensation variable, the higher the job satisfaction of employees.
