PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN THREE-TIER DIAGNOSTIC TEST UNTUK MENDETEKSI MISKONSEPSI PADA MATERI INTERAKSI DALAM EKOSISTEM DI SMA
Students' understanding of concepts that differ from scientists' understanding can lead to misconceptions. The purpose of this research was to determine the validity and reliability of the instruments used to identify misconceptions about ecosystem interactions, as well as the profile of misconceptions among Ogan Ilir high school students. The Treagust development method was used in this study, which includes defining content, obtaining information about student misconceptions, and developing a three-level diagnostic test based on that information. Campbell inspired the creation of this material. The three-tier diagnostic test instrument is created in the form of multiple choice questions with reasons provided and CRI. The CVR was used by five experts to validate the instrument, and it received a value of 1, indicating that the three-tier diagnostic test instrument is valid and relevant. The instrument's reliability is then tested using the KR-20. According to the test results, 34.9% of students were in the category of undesrtanding concepts, 25.5% were in the category of not understanding concepts, and 39.5% were in the category of misconceptions.
