The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of graduates of package C equality education in facing the world of work at PKBM Tut Wuri Handayani Palembang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show; 1) Cognitive readiness of graduates, namely solving problems in learning, the ability of graduates to see opportunities is obtained through friendship, social media, understanding of learning materials, through books and lessons taught by tutors, lack of activeness of package C students in participating in learning is a factor of cognitive readiness graduate of; 2) interest in graduates, namely working as permanent employees but, with a fairly high competitive attitude, some of them are still unemployed or only as daily labourers; 3) Psychomotor graduates consist of graduates' responses in dealing with the world of work with business and graduates who have psychomotor readiness starting from participating in training to be developed when entering the world of work and 4) effective communication skills are very important, because in looking for a job communication is prioritized, skills in the field businesses by participating in training, such as skills in product marketing, making handicrafts, becoming training and training in the PKK program are very important for graduates to have.
