This study aims to determine the efforts of Pancasila and Civic education teachers in improving students discipline at SANDIKA Junior High School Sukajadi. This study uses a qualitative research and the metgod used is descriptive. The data collection technique in this research was purposive sampling with 8 informants. Data collection techniques in this research use interview, documentation and observation techniques. The validity test in this research use the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The analysis technique used in this research includes data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that Pancasila and Civic Education teachers at SANDIKA Junior High School Sukajadi have shown indicators in the form of regulations, penalties and consistency in improving student discipline.
