ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN & HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN LRT DI KOTA PALEMBANG.
This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at LRT in Palembang City. This researchs is quantitative research with survey method. The data used in this researchs is primary data. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed online using Microsoft Forms to qualified 100 respondents. This study used descriptive analysis techniques, simultaneous tests and partial test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality and price have significant effects on customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. Service quality has a dominant impact on customer satiscation of LRT in Palembang City.
