This research aims to determine the number of applications for Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 at Sriwijaya University. This research utilizes a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. In this research, informants employed the purposive sampling technique. The number of informants was 9 people. Documentation, interviews, and observation are data collecting methods utilized by researchers. There are four validity tests, including the credibility test, the transferability test, the dependability test, and the confirmability test. In this research, researchers utilized data analysis approaches, such as data reduction, data presentation, and findings. In this research, researchers identified two indications, including the victim's best interests and consistency. According to the findings of this research, the provisions of Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 have been applied appropriately. because Students in the 2020 Indralaya-Palembang PPKn study program are informed of how to avoid and deal with criminal acts of sexual violence in the Tertiary Education sector. The presence of Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 provides a place for the academic community to engage in outreach regarding cases of sexual violence that are considered taboo. However, there is regarded to be a deficiency in student understanding regarding campus security surveys from sexual violence, due to the fact that many students did not read the pamphlets distributed over mass media because fresh posts obscured previously unread messages.
