This study aims to determine the factors that affect the participation of the elderly in posyandu kelurahan Sukorejo Kota Pagar Alam. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in the study were elderly residents. The data collection technique used was an interview with the research subject. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, the factors that affect the participation of the elderly in the Sukorejo Village Posyandu of Pagar Alam City, namely knowledge, posyandu distance, and family support. These factors greatly affect the participation of the elderly in the Posyandu of Sukorejo Village, Pagar Alam City. The elderly's knowledge about the benefits and activities in the elderly posyandu is obtained from socialization carried out by cadres. Factor The distance of the posyandu is relatively close to the location of the elderly posyandu and all informants choose to walk to the posyandu location. As for family support in the form of money, mentoring, and maintaining a diet.
