PENGARUH INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA, INDEKS GINI DAN KEMANDIRIAN FISKAL TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to determine the condition of the Human Development Index, Gini Index and Fiscal Independence and determine the Effect of Human Development Index, Gini Index and Fiscal Independence on Poverty in South Sumatra Province. The source of data in this study is Statistics Indonesia published by the Central Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration regarding the Human Development Index (HDI), Gini Index and Fiscal Independence in South Sumatra, namely 17 regencies/cities. The results showed that the results of regression testing showed that in general the Development Index variable had a negative influence on the significant level of poverty below 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.22. This means that every increase in the human development index of 1 percent will reduce poverty in South Sumatra Province by 0.22 percent. The results of regression testing show that in general, the Gini ratio variable has a positive influence on the significant level of poverty below 0.05 with a coefficient value of 26.65. This means that every increase in the Gini ratio of 1 percent will increase poverty in South Sumatra Province by 26.65 percent. The results of the study stated based on statistical tests that fiscal independence did not have a significant effect on poverty in South Sumatra. This is supported by descriptive statistical values, it is known that with an average company size of 0.07. Based on this average value, the proportion of research samples that had fiscal bathing values below the average was 91 samples or 59.48 percent and above the average of 62 or 40.52 percent of the total observations.
