PENGARUH PROGRAM KAMPUS MENGAJAR TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENJADI GURU MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to prove the effect of the Teaching Campus program on the readiness to become a teacher for students of the Teaching and Education Faculty, Sriwijaya University. This research is a type of causal associative research with quantitative methods using questionnaires and interview data collection techniques. The sample in this study were students of the Teaching Campus program at the Teaching and Education Faculty of Sriwijaya University, Indralaya and Palembang classes. Based on the results of the research conducted by the researchers, it can be stated that there is an influence from the Teaching Campus program on the readiness to become a student teacher in the Teaching and Education Teaching Campus program, Sriwijaya University. This is indicated by the large value of the calculation results of the hypothesis test (t-test) obtained results of 174.248091 > 1.9872 or t_count > t_table which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Partially the Teaching Campus program affects the readiness to become a teacher with an average of 86% in the very good category. Supported by the results of interviews conducted that students of the Teaching Campus program of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Sriwijaya University have utilized the Teaching Campus program in preparing themselves to become educators with this showing the influence of the Teaching Campus program on readiness to become teacher students of the Sriwijaya University Teaching and Education Faculty. It is recommended that students increase their understanding of matters related to the Teaching Campus program and also as prospective teachers must be able to understand teacher science and must prepare carefully to become teachers in the future.
