Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMAN 18 Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dengan melibatkan 58 sampel dari 392 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari 28 item instrument daya tarik fisik dan 28 item instrument atraksi interpersonal yang disebarkan secara langsung. Hasil analisis didapatkan hasil daya tarik fisik peserta didik kelas X SMAN 18 Palembang berada pada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 46,5% dan atraksi interpersonal peserta didik kelas X SMAN 18 Palembang berada pada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 39,6%. Hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji pearson product moment didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,258 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka diperoleh rhitung > rtabel (0,258 > 0,254) maka terdapat hubungan positif antara kedua variabel dengan tingkat hubungan rendah, yang artinya uji hipotesis H1 diterima dan HO ditolak. Kata Kunci : Daya tarik fisik, Atraksi interpersonal. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical attractiveness and interpersonal attraction in class X SMAN 18 Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using a correlational method involving 58 samples from 392 populations using a proportional random sampling technique. This study used data collection methods carried out using a Likert scale consisting of a physical attractiveness questionnaire with 28 items and an interpersonal attraction questionnaire with 28 items that were distributed directly. The results of the analysis showed that the physical attractiveness of class X students of SMA N 18 Palembang was in the medium category with a percentage of 46.5% and the interpersonal attractions of class X students of SMA N 18 Palembang were in the medium category with a percentage of 39.6%. The results of the hypothesis test carried out with the product moment pearson test obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.258 at a significant level of 0.05, then rcount > rtable (0.258 > 0.254) so that there is a relationship between the two variables is a positive relationship with a low level of relationship . So that the H1 hypothesis test is accepted and HO is rejected. Keywords: Physical attractiveness, Interpersonal attraction.
