This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and practicality of the CNC Simulator application guidebook to support CNC practical lectures in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire. The research subjects were students of Mechanical Engineering Education FKIP Sriwijaya University. The object of research is the Guidebook for the CNC Simulator application. The research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year which took place at the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University. The results of this study are 1) Based on the results of the material expert validation, the average rating is 3.8917 in the Valid category, and the results from the media expert validation are 4.1644 in the Valid category, so it can be declared valid from the media and material aspects. 2) From the results of the One-to-one trial it showed that the assessment was very practical with an average rating of 4.4211, and the results of the small group trial showed that the assessment was very practical with an average rating of 4.4778, then the results of the field test showed that the assessment very practical with an average rating of 4.4202. So, the developed CNC Simulator manual is categorized as valid in feasibility and very practical to use.
