ANALISIS PENERAPAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI ALAT PENGUKURAN KINERJA PADA KOPERASI KARYAWAN PATRA
This study aims to analyze the usefulness of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool in the PATRA employee cooperative. In this study, the target of performance measurement is the management and members of the PATRA employee cooperative. This research uses descriptive qualitative quantitative (mixed) method. In the qualitative method, the data processed was data from the 2016-2023 Annual Member Meeting (RAT) report and in the quantitative method, 133 respondents answered the questionnaire. The results of performance analysis using the balanced scorecard as a measurement tool. From a financial perspective Current Ratio (CR) is included in very good criteria, Return On Equity (ROE) is included in good criteria and Return On Assets (ROA) is included in very good criteria. From a customer perspective, Customer Acquisition is included in the bad criteria, Customer Retention is included in the very good criteria, and Customer Satisfaction is included in the very good criteria. The internal business perspective on product innovation is included in the very bad criteria and business processes are included in the very good criteria. And from a learning and growth perspective, employee productivity is included in the sufficient criteria and employee skills are included in the good criteria.
