APLIKASI HIJAUAN FERMENTASI ARE BOLONG DENGAN SUPLEMENTASI KUMPAI TEMBAGA DAN KEMON AIR DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP KECERNAAN SECARA IN VIVO PADA KERBAU PAMPANGAN
This study aims to determine the effect of fermented Polygonum barbatum application by supplementing Hymenachne acutigluma and Neptunia oleracea in rations on the in vivo digestibility of pampangan buffalo. This research was conducted from July to September 2022, at the Swamp Buffalo Development Center, Rambutan Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province and Nutrient Digestibility Analysis at the Laboratory of Animal Feed and Animal Nutrition, Sriwijaya University. This study used the Latin Rectilinear Design Method (RBSL) with 4 treatments and 4 periods as replicates, consisting of 4 Pampangan buffalo, with live weight ranging from 120-320 kg and various ages. Parameters observed were dry matter digestibility (KcBK), organic matter digestibility (KcBO), crude fiber digestibility (KcSK) and crude protein digestibility (KCPK). The results of this study indicated that the best fermented forages of Polygonum barbatum with Hymenachne acutigluma and Neptunia oleracea supplementation in the best ration was treatment D with crude fiber and crude protein digestibility respectively 65.64% and 42.70%.
