This study aims to analyze the effect of labor productivity and capital during the Covid-19 pandemic on the output of small smoked fish processing industries in PALI Regency. The analytical method used is Cobb-Douglass multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that labor productivity, capital productivity, and the impact of Covid have a positive and significant effect on output, both partially and simultaneously. The effect of labor productivity on output (revenue) is 1.224, the effect of capital productivity on output (revenue) is 1.300. The influence and impact of covid on output (receipt) is 0.271. The effect of labor productivity, capital productivity, and the impact of covid simultaneously calculated the F value of 86.640. Labor productivity, capital, and the impact of covid have a very strong and positive correlation with output (revenue) in the small smoked fish processing industry.
