ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI TIKTOK DALAM PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA ANAK USIA (5-6 TAHUN) DI KELURAHAN DWI TUNGGAL
This study focuses on describing the analysis of the use of the TikTok application that contributes to the language development of children aged (5-6 years) in Dwi Tunggal Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, and the data collection methods used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to summarize the data collected in the field, present it in the form of a short narrative, and draw conclusions based on the evidence. In this study, using three research subjects, namely parents who have children aged between (5-6 years). The results of the study show that the TikTok application can develop children's language development by listening, reading, listening, speaking and even writing through the TikTok application. Various kinds of videos contained in the TikTok application can develop children's language development. Examples include prophetic story content, animated children's songs, learning the alphabet, reading, and learning videos that can be used to accompany children. However, using this application requires parental supervision and restrictions on use for children. Parents play a role to control and filter the videos contained on the homepage of the TikTok application. Parents here play an important role in anticipating or minimizing unwanted things during their child's language development.
