ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INCOME, RELIGIUSITY, PRICE AND HALAL LABELIZATION ON THE DEMAND OF MARTABAK KAPTEN UMKM PRODUCTS IN PALEMBANG CITY By: Muhammad Wahyu Hidayatullah, Dr. Suhel, S.E., M.Si, Ichsan Hamidi, S.H.I., M.Si Martabak Captain is the first martabak to serve pizza, Martabak Captain is well-known and viral in the city of Palembang where Martabak Captain was awarded the 2018 Franchise Startup Award (FSA) as The Best Business Opportunity from Franchise Magazine and Franchise News & Business Concept (IFBC) in Jakarta Kartini Hall. This study aims to find out the effect of income, religiosity, price and halal labeling on the demand for UMKM Martabak Captain products in Palembang City. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The samples used were 50 taken from Martabak Captain consumers in Palembang City with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. The results showed that the variables of income, religiosity and halal labeling had a significant positive effect on the demand for Martabak Captain products in Palembang city, while the price variable had a significant negative effect on the demand for martabak captain products in Palembang city.
