Disparity in income distribution is an economic problem that is formulated in the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) because it can have a negative impact on the socio-political situation of a country. This study aims to determine the effect of health spending, education spending, social spending and trade on income distribution disparities in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative. The data used is secondary data sourced from several agencies such as the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using the Random Effect Model (REM). The scope of research covers 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2010-2022. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially health spending, education spending, social protection spending and trade have an effect on income distribution disparities in Indonesia. Spending on health and education has a negative effect on income disparity, while spending on social protection and trade has a positive effect on income disparity
