ANALISIS STRATEGI HARGA, STRATEGI PRODUK, DAN KEUNTUNGAN INDUSTRI KECIL KUE DI KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR.
This research is aimed to analyze the pricing and product strategy and profit of the cake small industry in Ogan Ilir Regency. The data used in this research is primary data which is obtained by using interviews and Questionnaires with 44 cake producers. The data is analyzed by using descriptive qualitative techniques. The research found that 95.45 percent of cake producers set their product prices based on market prices. It is also found that 77.27 percent of the producers diversified their products through the addition of new products and an increase in the packaging, and size of goods. The average profit that is received by producers is Rp1,462,609.89 per week.
