This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP efficiency on regional development growth and interactions between regions. The data used in this study is ADHK's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) demand constant price business fields in 2019 and 2020 Jambi Province and the Regencies/Cities in the city as output, population and road distances between other Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province as input. The analytical method used is LISA and DEA analysis techniques to determine the efficiency of the output and input variables. From this study it shows that there is an effect of efficiency Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) on the growth of regional development and interactions between regions in Jambi Province, There are 2 Regencies/Cities that have a high level of efficiency based on output and input in 2019 and 2020, based on the input variable being in West Tanjung Jabung Regency and based on output it is in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, where this Regency can be a reference for Regencies/Cities that want to increase their efficiency.
