PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMA NEGERI 15 PALEMBANG.
This study aims to analyze the effect of training on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 47 people and sampling using saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed and processed with SPSS. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show a correlation coefficient of 0.654, which indicates that training has a strong relationship with teacher performance at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. Testing the hypothesis illustrates that training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang.
