West Java Province has significant potential in the tourism sector with a variety of destinations that can be found in each of its regencies and cities. Tourism is one of the sectors that makes a substantial contribution to the local revenue of regencies and cities through its tourism sector. The local revenue from the tourism sector of regencies and cities is influenced by several factors, including the number of tourist visits, the number of tourist attractions, the number of hotels, and the number of restaurants. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the number of tourist visits, the number of tourist attractions, the number of hotels, and the number of restaurants on the local revenue of the tourism sector in regencies and cities in West Java Province. The analytical technique used in this research is panel data regression with a fixed-effect model for the period from 2013 to 2022. The research results indicate that when examined simultaneously, all variables, namely the number of tourist visits, the number of tourist attractions, the number of hotels, and the number of restaurants, have a significant impact on the local revenue of the tourism sector in regencies and cities in West Java Province. However, when examined separately, only the number of tourist attractions does not have a significant influence on the local revenue of the tourism sector in regencies and cities in West Java Province. This lack of significance is attributed to the fact that a greater number of tourist attractions are managed by private entities as compared to those managed by local government authorities. Keywords: Local Revenue of the Tourism Sector; Number of Tourists; Number of Tourist Attractions; Number of Hotels; Number of Restaurants; Tourism Sector
