This research aims to discover the effect of (1) Earnings Management (2) Return on Assets (3) Debt to Equity Ratio (4) Price Earning Ratio (5) Equity-Based Compensation as moderating variable in influencing stock investment decision making. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research population are mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using purposive sampling method for data collection. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results showed (1) Earnings Management has a negative effect on stock investment decision making (2) Return on Assets has a positive effect on stock investment decision making (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative effect on stock investment decision making (4) Price Earning Ratio has a positive effect on stock investment decision making (5) Equity-Based Compensation moderates the influence of earning management in stock investment decision making
