This main problem in this research was to know how the influence of Physical Work Environment Toward The Spirit Of The Employee Work At The District Office Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang. In this research the writer used the population all the employee Of The District Office Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang with the total 41 people and the sampel this research was taken by using census. The data was collected by using primer data of questionnaire. The technic of analysis data the writer used the simple of regresi linear analysis. In this research based on the analysis the writer found out that the Physical Work Environment have the positif and significant effect toward The Spirit Of The Employee At The District Office Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang. Therefore, the office must have to increase the Physical Work Environment so that The Spirit Of Employee Work can be more increase.
