HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK ENGAGEMENT DAN LEARNING AGILITY PADA PEKERJA YANG MELAKUKAN JOB HOPPING
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work engagement and learning agility in workers who do job hopping. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between work engagement and learning agility in workers who do job hopping. The sample of this research is 150 workers who do job hopping in Indonesia. In addition, the number of samples for the try out was 50 people. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument uses a scale compiled by the researcher, the work engagement scale refers to the aspects of Kahn (1990) and the learning agility scale refers to the aspects of Lombardo and Eichinger (2000). Data analysis in this study was conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation technique.
