This research was conducted to determine the growth and production of Unsri Corn J1, J3, and J6 with sweet corn and aims to obtain F1 generation seeds from the results of crossing these plants. This research was carried out in collaboration with farmers in Gang Lampung 1, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency from April to August 2022. This study used a Randomized Block Design consisting of 3 cross blocks, each accession was planted in rows interspersed with four rows of corn plants Sweet with 75 x 25 cm spacing. Data analysis was performed using Anova test analysis (Analysis of Variance) with F table at α 5% with the help of the SAS (Statistical Analysis System) program. If it is significantly different, a 5% Least Significant Difference (LSD) test is carried out. The variables observed were plant height I, plant height II, plant height III, cob height, male flower age, female flower age, cob length, cob diameter, cob weight, number of seeds per cob, and dry seed weight per cob. Crossing was done naturally using the natural method (Natural Crossing) with sweet corn as the male parent and Unsri corn as the female parent. By detasseling, namely removing male flowers from all Unsri corn with cutting method. The results showed varying growth and production values and succeeded in obtaining F1 generation seeds from crosses.
