Peatland is a type of land ecosystem in tropical forests, peatlands have high conservation value and have other functions such as hydrological functions, carbon reserves and biodiversity which are important for the environment and animal life. Peat has various chemical properties depending on its fertility and maturity level. This research activity was carried out in the village of Sepuh Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra and the analysis will be carried out at the research location through direct observation, the Physics laboratory, Land Survey and Evaluation and the Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility laboratories, the Department of Soils, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. Implementation time from March to April 2023. The highest N-total value results are located at sample point T5B with a value of 1.49% located on post-fire land, all N-total values at research locations have high-very high criteria, P-analysis results are available at study sites on unburnt peatlands and post-fire peat, the highest available P-value was on non-burnt land at point T4 with a value of 35.94 mg/kg and 44.13 mg/kg at point T10, the highest available K-value was at point T6 with a value of 0.26 mg/100g and the lowest at point T1 and T4 with a value of 0.13 mg/100g, all K-values available at the study site are in the low category. The texture class at the study site was dominated by sandy loam and sandy loam texture classes, on unburnt peatlands T1, T2, T4 and T5 had a sandy loam substratum texture class and on T3 it had a sandy loam texture class.
