The development of poultry livestock is relatively advanced compared to other types of livestock business, one of the poultry livestock with high prospects is broiler. The population of broilers in Bandar Lampung city is dominated by the Tanjung Senang district, Way Kandis sub-district is one of the sub-districts in the Tanjung Senang district which has broiler livestock named Pak Bagio’s Kandang Ayam Cooperation. Feasibility analysis of broilers livestock business is important in order to determine whether or not the business is feasible to run. The purposes of this research were: (1) To describe broilers livestock business of Pak Bagio’s Kandang Ayam Cooperation based on market and marketing aspect, technical and technological aspect, management aspect, and environmental aspect. (2) To analyze the feasibility of broilers livestock business of Pak Bagio’s Kandang Ayam Cooperation based on financial aspects, namely Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio, Payback Period, and Break Even Point. (3) To analyze the sensitivity level of broiler livestock business of Pak Bagio’s Kandang Ayam Cooperation. This research was conducted in Way Kandis sub-district, Tanjung Senang district, Bandar Lampung city. The sampling method used in the research was purposive sampling. The data collected are primary and secondary data which were processed with Microsoft Excel. The research obtained the following results: (1) Broilers livestock business of Pak Bagio’s Kandang Ayam Cooperation produces live chicken weighed around 1,5 – 2 kg with selling price of IDR 19.700,00/kg, the business has no competitors nor carried out any kind of promotions and has various marketing channels. The production area was 1.410m2 wide equipped with three henhouse, warehouse, drilled well, and bathroom, the production process consist henhouse preparation, farming, and harvesting process. The business employs two employees. The business was able to manage and utilize waste properly. (2) The broiler livestock business was feasible to run based on financial aspect which obtains Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 1.550.693.112,32, Gross B/C 1,09, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 130,67%, Payback Periode (PP) of 1 year, BEP in units of 22.387,28 kg and BEP in rupiahs of IDR 441.029.441,26 (3) Sensitivity analysis yields 9,78% for the maximum increase in operational cost and 8,89% for the maximum decrease in the selling price
