The aim of this research is. (1) Comparing the behavior of owner farmers and sharecroppers in rice farming (2) Comparing the income of owner farmers and sharecroppers in rice farming. (3) Analyzing the relationship between behavior and income of owner farmers and sharecroppers in rice farming. The research was conducted in Patra Tani Village, Muara Belida District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research was conducted using a survey method. The sampling method used in this study used a Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The use of this method is due to the existence of layers of sample farmers consisting of owner farmers (layer I) and sharecroppers (layer II). (1) There are differences in attitudes, knowledge and skills between owner farmers and sharecroppers in rice farming. (2) The results of the Mann-Whitney test show that the income of the owner farmer and the income of the sharecropper obtain the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. Then reject H0, this shows that there is a difference between the income of owner farmers and sharecroppers in rice farming. (3) The results of the Spearmann correlation test show that the relationship between attitude, knowledge and skills to farmers' income in Patra Tani is 0.01 which is less than 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between attitudes, knowledge, skills and income of farmers in Patra Tani Village with a strong relationship and in the same direction..
