ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN HYBRID PADA MATA KULIAH AKUNTANSI BIAYA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to determine the factors that cause learning difficulties in cost accounting courses for Economic Education students at Sriwijaya University. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all 2021 Economics Education students in the Indralaya and Palembang classes, totaling 78 students. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, namely total sampling. The results showed that the factors causing student learning difficulties in this cost accounting course were the intelligence factor with a percentage of 61% which was categorized as sufficient, the learning interest factor with a percentage of 61% which was categorized as sufficient, the motivation factor with a percentage of 56% which was categorized as lacking, the school environment factor. with a percentage of 64% categorized as sufficient and family environmental factors with a percentage of 65% categorized as sufficient. Overall learning difficulties in the cost accounting course of Economics Education students at Sriwijaya University, seen from the aspect of the factors of learning difficulties, it obtained an average of 62% in the sufficient category (60% -75%).
