Celery is a type of plant that is needed as an additional component of cooking spices and as a medicinal herb. Meloidogyne sp causes considerable losses to plants. Arthrobotrys oligospora, can control Meloidogyne sp in plants. This research was conducted in the Nematology Laboratory, Department of Plant Pests, Plant Protection Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and consisted of treatments of (A) A.oligospora fungus, (A1) A. oligospora fungus repeated 2 times, (N) synthetic nematicide treatment and (M) control and consisted of 4 treatment repetitions. The results showed that after the application of observations showed significant differences between treatments, the highest percentage of attacks was found in the control treatment Meloidogyne sp (M) with a score of 63.50%. the second severity was dominated by the treatment of N fungi or synthetic nematicides, which was 24.5%. The treatment with the lowest disease severity was treatment A or the application of the fungus A.oligospora. A..oligospora treatment A and A1 was able to reduce rootknoot infection caused by Meloidogyne sp and get the lowest symptoms of 7.75% and 13.75%. The application of A.oligospora did not significantly affect plant growth after application.
