PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TEKS EKSPLANASI MENGGUNAKAN ARTICULATE STORYLINE PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMK NEGERI SUMATERA SELATAN
Research and Development of Articulate Storyline Learning Media to understand (knowledge information and sequence of events in) Explanatory Text for Class XI Students of South Sumatra Vocational Schools This research aims to produce instructional media that suit the needs of teachers and students. The research method used is development research with Allesi Trolip development research steps which include: defining research scope, defining problems and solutions, developing initial design concepts, preparing media product prototypes, conducting alpha tests, and revising designs. Validation was carried out by three experts by assessing content, media, and language aspects. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and validation sheets. The result of the analysis of the need student and teachers from questionnaires and interviews show that student and teachers expect to present an audio-visual based learning media made with an articulate storyline application. This learning media has passed the validation test by three expert, namely: media expert, material expert, linguist expert. The results showed that the material feasibility aspect obtained 37 out of a maximum score of 40 and was categorized as very feasible. The media aspect gets 65 out of a maximum score of 72 and is categorized as very feasible. The language aspect gets 39 out of a maximum score of 48 and is categorized as very feasible. Based on this research audiovisual learning media according to the needs of teachers.
