APLIKASI TRICHODERMA SP. TERHADAP PENYAKIT LAYU FUSARIUM PADA TANAMAN TOMAT (SOLANUM LYCOPERSICUM L.)
Tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum L.) are one of the vegetable plants that have high economic value, which causes the increase of the demand for tomato plants. The obstacle that is often experienced by farmers in cultivating tomato plants is the presence of fusarium wilt disease caused by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum. This research was conducted to determine the incubation period of Trichoderma sp. which is better at inhibiting fusarium wilt disease pathogens in tomato plants. This research was conducted from August to November 2022 in the shadow house of the Department of Plant Pests and Diseases. This research method was carried out using a randomized block design (RBD) with 5 trials with 7 replications. The results showed that the incubation period had a significant effect on the intensity of fusarium wilt in tomato plants and the incubation period of Trichoderma sp. The incubation period of 15 days was better in inhibiting fusarium wilt disease pathogens
