Anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum spp. is an important disease that attacks chili plants. Currently, there are still many farmers who use synthetic pesticides as the easiest way to control them. As an alternative, the use of natural ingredients from extracts of Trichoderma spp., Beauveria bassiana, and rhizome plants is reviewed for their potential. This study aims to determine the effect of the type of formulation and concentration on anthracnose disease in cayenne pepper and to influence the effect of formulations of extracts of Trichoderma spp., Beauveria bassiana, and rhizome plants on Colletotrichum conidia. This research was conducted from September to December 2022 at the Phytopathology Laboratory, Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study consisted of 2 trials, namely the disease suppression efficacy test was carried out in a completely randomized design with 3 treatments namely Tr, TrBb, TrBbTKJ and 2 concentrations namely 0.1% and 0.5% with 1 control. Each repetition uses 5 bird's eye chilies. Fruit that had previously been sterilized was then dipped in the suspension formulation, air-dried and wound after that it was dipped into the conidia suspension which had been calculated for a density of 4 x 105 conidia/ml for 15 minutes. Conidia survival test to determine the direct effect of the formulation on the conidia survival ability was observed for 3,6,9,12 hours. The results of this study indicate that in the disease suppression efficacy test all measures were able to inhibit the growth of anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum spp. However, at 0.1% TrBb it had no effect. Meanwhile, in the conidia germination test, all formulations and concentrations, especially at a concentration of 2.5%, were more effective in reducing the number of Colletotrichum spp. conidia
