This research was conducted to deteremine the success rate of community empowerment by processing livestock manure into organic fertilizer as an effort to reduce environmental pollution in Sejaro Sakti Village. This research is included in the type of action research using quistionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis tecnichques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively with the aim measuring the level of success of the research process. The procedure in this research in the farm of a cycle goes through 2 stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subject in this study were the people of Sejaro Sakti Village who ha 25 cattle. Based on the result was that 90,3% of the community agreed to carry out the empowerment process activities. At the observation implementation stage, the result was that 98,61% of the community understood the empowerment process activities wel, but not yet perfectly, so that reflection stage it was found that was necessary to repeat activities which continued in the second cycle,the planning stage obtained 97,78% and the implementation stage the observation obtained 100% this shows that the process of community empowerment by processing livestock waste into organic fertilizer has achieved very high successs. The reflection in the second cycle is that community is aware of and understands the process of processing livestock waste into organic fertilizer. This can create a good community mindset, skills, knowledge and community awareness in reducing environmental pollution caused by livestock waste in the Sejaro Sakti Village. keyword: Enrichment of the community,environmental pollution, organic fertilizer, processing of livestock waste.
