The purpose of research were (1) to measure the role of the Tirto Saloko Water User Association in Sugih Waras Village Belitang Mulya District East OKU Regency (2) to calculate the income of rice farming, a group of farmers using Tirto Saloko water in the village of Sugih Waras, Belitang Mulya District, East OKU Regency (3) to analyzed the relationship between the role of farmer groups in the utilization of Tirto Saloko water and the production income of paddy rice farming in Sugih Waras Village Belitang Mulya District East OKU Regency. The research was conducted in Sugih Waras Village Belitang Mulya District East OKU Regency. Data collection was carried out in December 2022. The data collection method used is the survey method. The sampling method used is multistage random sampling. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data processing methods to answer the first objectives uses scoring, then to answer the second objectives uses the formula for calculating income and to answer the third objectives uses the spearman rank correlation test. The results of this study indicate that the role of farmer groups using Tirto Saloko water in Sugih Waras Village, Belitang Mulya District, East OKU Regency is included in the high criteria with an average score of 38.28. The average income of rice farming in Sugih Waras Village is Rp51,758,875/ha in a year. Based on the research results, there is a significant relations between the role of the Tirto Saloko water using farmer association and the production and income of rice farming in Sugih Waras Village and is included in the high criteria with 0.817** for production and 0.817** for rice farming income.
