ANALISIS SALURAN PEMASARAN TELUR ITIK DI KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
The objectives of this study are 1) To describe the form of duck egg marketing channels in Banyuasin Regency. 2) Calculating how much the duck egg marketing margin is in Banyuasin Regency. 3) Analyzing the efficiency of the duck egg marketing channel in Banyuasin Regency. The sampling was conducted using purposive sampling method so that the number of samples was 11 respondents. The data collected in this study consisted of two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The result showed that there are two types of duck egg marketing channels. Marketing channel I; farmer - consumer and marketing channel II; farmer - retailer - consumer. There is a difference of Rp500 in the selling price of duck eggs between farmers and retailers where farmers sell duck eggs at Rp2,500 per item, while retailers sell at a price of Rp3,000 per item. The margin of marketing channel I is IDR 0 and the margin of marketing channel II is IDR 500 per grain. The efficiency of the marketing channel is very efficient. This can be seen from the efficiency value obtained below 50%. However, the first marketing channel is more efficient than the second marketing channel because it does not use marketing costs than the second marketing channel.
