Background : Drugs or narcotics and dangerous drugs are one of the substances that can have an addictive effect on the wearer. Data on Ernaldi Bahar Hospital in 2021, most (95.10%) of the cases handled are psychiatric cases, followed by cases of drug abuse, and physical cases. some of the treatments that can be given to drug abuse are one of the applications of SEFT therapy. SEFT also has many advantages over other therapies, namely it is more effective, easy, fast, cheap, the effect can be permanent. Objective : to Apply comprehensive nursing care to clients with drug abuse. Method: Describe comprehensive nursing care to clients with drug abuse.
