PENGARUH TERPAAN TAYANGAN KOREAN WAVE K-POP TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF REMAJA PUTRI (Studi Terhadap Khalayak Umur 18-22 Tahun Penyuka K-Pop di Kota Palembang)
YouTube media is a form of new media which is currently the most widely used in Indonesia in search of all things included entertainment. K-Pop is a form of the korean wave that is spreading rapidly among teenagers, especially teenagers girl. K-pop shows can be watched easily via YouTube media. Easy access to k-pop shows on YouTube has made more and more k-pop fans among teenagers. Teenagers are willing to watch k-pop shows and spend money to support k-pop idols. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of exposure to korean wave k-pop shows on the consumptive behavior of teenage girl in Palembang City and how much influence this has. This study uses a quantitative research method by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents who are teenage girl in Palembang city with an age range of 18-22 years who like k-pop. The research results obtained through descriptive analysis techniques and explanatife analysis. The variable X exposure to impressions is included in the very good category and the variable Y consumptive behavior is included in the very good category. The influence between variables is 39.4% which is included in the medium category and the rest is based on other factors outside the variables studied. The regression equation obtained is Y = 19.162 + 0.792 X. The regression correlation X states that every 1% value on impression exposure will add value to consumptive behavior of 0.792. The regression coefficient is positive, so the direction of the influence of variable X on Y is positive.
