The Pembina Palembang Health Center is one of the health centers in Palembang, the Palembang Pembina Health Center is located on JL. Jendral Ahmad Yani No.62A Seberang Ulu District 1 Palembang City, South Sumatra 30257. This Puskesmas is still recording drugs manually in the data book. This makes the process take a long time, and the risk of losing the book can occur. Therefore Pembina Palembang Health Center requires a Drug Stock application to facilitate drug data management such as incoming drug data and outgoing drug data. The author designed the web-based application using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are expected to help the Pembina health center in managing drug stock data. The results of testing using a black box show that the application built meets the needs of the Palembang Pembina Health Center.
