Introduction: Mental disorders are one of the crucial problems in Indonesia. Mental disorders are also one of the areas in the field of nursing. One of the common nursing problems found in patients with mental disorders is the risk of violent behavior. These nursing problems are also considered urgent because they can increase the risk of threatening the patient's life and the surrounding environment Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and an in-depth literature review of three cases Results: In this study, the results showed that patients at risk of violent behavior who were given strategies for implementing the risk of violence and low impact aerobic exercise were able to reduce signs and symptoms of risk of violent behavior as evidenced by patients appearing calmer, speaking in a slower intonation without harsh words, contact eyes can be defended and show no signs of aggression. Discussion: The changes in signs and symptoms of the risk violent behavior that occur because patients can channel energy physically and help balance brain neurotransmitters, so that aerobic exercise can be considered as a therapy for patients at risk of violent behavior
