The Aim of this research wa to know and provve how the relationship that happened between uses of social media instagram @bppdkotapalembang within fulfillment of information satisfication followers. The independent variable of this reasearch is uses of social media instagram @bppdkotapalembang while the dependent variable is fulfillment information satisfication followers. The method used of this research was descriptive quantitative and explanative quantitative. The data collection technique used wa purposive sampling and achieving untul 94 respondents using questionnaire distribution. The result of this research show that uses of social media instagram @bppdkotapalembang gaining the best category with the 83,7% of presentation and fulfillment information satisfication gaining 76,75% of presentation reciprocally. Based on the satisfication test result of rank spearman, signifacant numbers obtaining 0.000 < 0.05 so that the H1 is acceptable. Correlation numbers showing 0.851 and right at the value of the correlation coefficient 0.76 - 0,99 so that both of variable indicate a very strong relationship and going to the positive direction.
