Gadang Berlian Ltd., a private property company, enables ICT onto its business process. One of which takes form of website that is used by the General Manager to do managerial tasks. The website is implemented during its early stages of software development. The developer had not involve the users during the website development, therefore user needs was not taken into account despite the tasks feature requested. Initial evaluation using Heuristic Evaluation method had found in total 60 usability problems according to 4 experts assessment on website. Therefore, a website redesign using User-Centered Design method is carried out to solve the usability issue. During UCD early stages, the data needed is gathered by interviewing users to understand the context of use and specifying user needs. Based on interview with users and experts evaluation result, a website user interface is designed and acted as a solution to solve usability problems and fulfill users needs. This study produced a prototype that solves usability problems found during initial evaluation and met the needs of users in work completion.
