This study describes the application of Knowledge Management (KM) using the TIWANA method at SMA Negeri 1 Batanghari. The background is the challenge of managing and utilizing knowledge in schools. The goal is to increase efficiency, collaboration, and quality of education. The TIWANA (Transfer, Improvement, Withdrawal, Addition, Navigation, and Archiving) method is used to manage knowledge with a systematic and structured approach. The results of this study show that the application of KM contributes to improving the teaching process, information accessibility, and collaborative learning in SMA. In addition, the TIWANA method helps the collection, storage, and distribution of knowledge effectively. This research provides practical guidance for other schools to adopt the application of KM with the TIWANA method to improve the quality of education and collaboration in the digital era.
