PeduliLindungi is a surveillance system created by the government to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. However, lately, before the new normal era was inaugurated, application users were decreasing, initially during the pandemic, users of the PeduliLindungi application reached 8 million per day, but now it is only 2-3 million per day. Therefore, this research is to find out what factors influence behavioral intention to use the PeduliLindungi application for the Z generation of Sriwijaya University students with a total of 150 respondents and uses the UTAUT 2 model (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2). In this study, behavioral intention and use behavior are measured by the constructs of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habits, and values. The results of this study are the constructs of performance expetancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, and habits affect behavioral values, construct business expetancy, facilitating conditions and price values do not affect behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the habitual constructs and behavioral intentions influence the use behavior, the facilitating conditional constructs do not affect the use behavior. Then the construct that has the most influence on behavioral intention is habit, while the construct that has the most influence on use behavior is behavioral intention. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the performance of the PeduliLindungiion application is good, but improvements are needed in terms of ease of application, socialization of applications to the community, level of efficiency and usefulness and there are still people who do not have devices to access these applications.
