EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA APLIKASI ANDROID HONDA E-CARE MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ)
User experience is a concern because user needs are increasingly broad and complex which are not only about functional and aesthetic needs. PT. Honda, which has utilized information technology and continues to strive to develop computerized information technology, one of which is the Honda E-Care application on mobile-based Android or IOS that has a booking service system. The success of an information system can be obtained by conducting a user needs analysis that focuses on user experience. There are reviews given by users on the Honda E-Care application, namely positive responses and negative responses. This research was conducted to evaluate or determine the level of user experience in the Honda E-Care application by using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method where the method used to evaluate the quality of the application is based on the experience of the user when using the application. UEQ has six scales namely attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The research was conducted on 100 users of the Honda E-Care application. Data processing was performed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. From the Benchmark results, there is one variable that gets a Below Average evaluation value, namely the Attractiveness variable. While the other variables get an evaluation value Above Average (above average) and the Novelty variable gets a Good value.
