PENGARUH KUALITAS KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP TINGKAT KINERJA PANITIA PENDUKUNG FORNAS VI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to test and measure whether there is an influence of organizational communication on the performance of the FORNAS VI South Sumatra supporting committee. The theory used is the theory of organizational communication from Karl Weick and the theory of organizational performance from Agus Dwiyanto. This research is a quantitative research with the type of data used in this study is a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which was then processed using SmartPLS software. There are 261 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the four dimensions of organizational communication variables, namely, the information environment, information ambiguity, rules and cycles have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. The dimension that has the greatest influence on organizational performance has a path coefficient value of 0.318, namely the information environment dimension. The dimension that has the lowest path coefficient value is the cycle dimension of 0.233. In variable X, namely organizational communication, it simultaneously influences organizational performance with the results of calculations on the test of the coefficient of determination seen in the r square of 0.888 or 88.8%.
