This research aims to find out and evaluate the result of Climate Village Program (Proklim) in Kelurahan 2 Ilir, Palembang City. The Climate Village Program is a community-based national program regulated by the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number P.84/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.1/11/2016. The research used descriptive qualitative method with data sources from direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research were 8 people. This research used The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model by Daniel L. Stufflebeam. The results of this research show that the overall Climate Village Program (Proklim) in Kelurahan 2 Ilir had been carried out well, but there are several things that are needed to be developed such as (1). Increasing the participation of male groups in implementing climate change mitigation and adaptation programs, (2). Paying attention to the requirements in Proklim registration, so that there are no gaps between the guidelines and result in the field, (3). Developing climate change adaptation actions in order to overcome the problem of flood disasters in Kelurahan 2 Ilir, Palembang City.
