ASPEK DE FACTO DAN DE JURE PEMERINTAHAN BARU TALIBAN DI AFGHANISTAN
De jure recognition is important in International Relations. Moreover, the world is currently in a condition of globalization and modernization which is increasingly intensive, thus making a country increasingly need other countries. Of course, a country cannot live alone, it definitely needs other countries to defend its country's life. This research explains the international reasons for the world's unwillingness to give official (de jure) recognition to the new government in Afghanistan, namely the Taliban regime. The international world is still waiting for further developments from the regime that currently controls all areas in Afghanistan. In this study, the authors use the concept of constructivism. According to the constructivism perspective, there are several concepts that become the scope of the discussion, such as identity, values, norms, ideology and also beliefs. The author uses qualitative research methods and for this type of research is descriptive. References along with the data collected for this research come from secondary data. Secondary data was obtained from various kinds of literature such as books, journals, research, reports, documents from the internet, newspapers and also the internet. A one-time interview was also held with someone who is very competent in the field of International Relations, namely a former Indonesian diplomat from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The results of this international research explain that the world does not want to give de jure recognition to the Taliban because the Taliban have committed actions that violate international norms and law. The policies made by the Taliban are totally against the values of democracy and human rights. Of course the international community wants the Taliban to stop all the human violations they have committed so that later the Taliban can gain recognition from the international community.
