This study aims to identify and resolve various kinds of problems that occur in the process of developing and implementing legal documents and information network policies. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. Peimer and secondary legal material, as well as writings and some of the documents taken The specifications of this study discuss the implementation of policies for the formation of a legal documentation and information network system carried out through the WhatsApp group in providing information about obstacles and updating documents on the website, but in socializing the introduction of JDIH, there has not been any socialization. The results of this program have not been implemented optimally due to two factors: first, there are several weaknesses in this website policy that are not considered, making the website unable to run optimally; and second, a lack of human resources is also a significant impediment to the implementation of this program. For that reason, the authors conducted this research to provide some solutions or suggestions to overcome these problems.
